The following books will not help any man's self esteem, or encourage any religious goodness. They will in fact confirm that man is born in sin and is completely unable to better himself.

     The message of these books, if really read, will kill any hope that man has in saving himself through good works, or even in reaching God. They will however make him alive to the truth that God, through Jesus Christ, has made him a new creature, who lives continually by the grace of God.
